Ijaz But Scaked now

Ijaz But was the PCB Chairman of Pakistan. He was sacked on 11th October.

Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ijaz posterior is still not approved the new list of central contracts are awarded to players for the second half of the year. Sources were quoted as saying on Thursday that while the selection committee members and its own board officials submitted a list of players Ijaz, chairman but has not yet given its approval. "Apparently Ijaz would like to have discussions on the list sent to him before he gives approval," a source said. The source said the main issues surrounding the award of new contract appeared to be the case and availability of former captain Shoaib Malik. Malik and Danish Kaneria leg-spinner is due to appear before the committee the integrity of the board on August 15, looking for clarification to play for Pakistan again. The source said all indications are that the board is clear Malik as he finally submitted all the documents the integrity committee had asked him to do that with reference to a value of £ 90,000 of its bank accounts. Last week the selectors surprised everyone by naming Malik in the reserves for the upcoming tour Zimbabwe.

"There is a feeling that because the integrity of the committee is due to meet on August 15 and the team did not leave for Zimbabwe until around August 24, the name of Malik added to the central contract list," the source said. He wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal confirmed, rounder Abdul Razzaq and retired players Shahid Afridi and Shoaib Akhtar will not know the list of players who get the contract. Ijaz is the final authority to approve the contract given to the player. This year the board has announced it will award the contracts on half yearly basis.
